A bet is not accepted until 99jb confirms it and a bet reference is issued. 99jb reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where odds or game outcomes are published in error, or where system malfunctions have occurred.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest pricing error, 99jb reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous price or malfunction are not payable. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable rule for casino and slot titles where a technical fault has affected the outcome.
Sports betting markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments and other Pakistan cricket fixtures, are subject to the sports rules published on the Platform. Specific rules govern abandoned matches, reduced-overs contests (e.g., DLS method results), player prop bet eligibility and in-play settlement timings.
